Book Your Consult

Once you’ve confirmed your event date we'll book a 30-minute consult. During this meeting, you’ll select the moment you want to be captured and we will dream up a painting color palette that matches your existing interior design, so it’s right at home!

02.
Let’s Celebrate

Be in the moment and soak it all in, knowing I’m preserving your memories on canvas. I’ll be there painting, engaging with your guests as they watch and learn. By the end of the festivities, the piece will be photo ready and prepared for the “grand reveal” at your event!

03.
Finishing Touches

I’ll bring the painting back to my studio for touch-ups, varnish, and custom framing. I’ll take time to ensure that the piece truly captures the wedding's unique ambiance. Studio photos are provided to ensure you’re happy with everything.

04.
Receive Your Treasured Keepsake

Within 8-12 weeks you’ll receive your framed heirloom with options for prints and cards of your artwork.

I take pride in my partnership with premier local framers, ensuring that your piece is polished and ready for display when you receive it.

What couples like you have asked before booking their live painting.

  • Yes! I will get started at the ceremony and take photographs of the moment you’d like captured. At the reception, I will paint the majority of it, which is great because the guests can see!

  • We take on a very limited number of clients each year to ensure that our couples get the best treatment and our full attention. We want your experience working with Lauren O’Brien Art to be unmatched in the best way! Don’t wait to book your 2023-2024 date.

  • I fly anywhere to paint your love! Paris? Hawaii? Amalfi Coast? I am happy to make accommodations to celebrate with you worldwide! Additional accommodations and fees are required for events that are over 60 miles from Nashville, TN.

  • Rates start at $3,250, including framing. Prices may differ based on canvas size, location, and add-ons.

  • I will arrive about an hour before the event. I won’t start painting until your guests are filtering in. I love for them to witness the entire process from blank canvas to finished product throughout the night.

  • Yes! It’s never too late! I can also create a custom piece from a photograph even after the moment has passed. Check out post-wedding portraits in acrylic and post-wedding watercolors for pricing.
